Has anyone seen the film "The Tango Lesson"?

If so, what did you think of it? I kind of liked it, but didn't think it was a great film, if that makes sense. So arty it's painful, and at times so cheesy it's embarrassing to watch, but the dancing is good. And any film containing lots of dance and set largely in Paris with a script which fluctuates seamlessly from english to french to spanish gets a point in my book.

P.S. Sorry if this has been brought up before, I didn't find anything on a search

:yeah:

I liked the dancing though.

I had a lesson with Pablo and he came across as a quiet, reserved guy rather than the egotistical maniac he's portayed as in the film. The scene where they reference an earlier scene about them being Jewish with him saying he wouldn't do that was interesting.

Notably I didn't buy it after I rented it.

I did however buy Assassination Tango which I personally feel is a much better film.
