Help with searching in Google

Ok absolutely nothing to do with dance in any shape or form.

I am trying to look up what the management structure is on vessels in the Merchant Navy

So I guess it would go something like Captain, 1'st and 2'nd Officers.....
not sure where the cook, steward, machine fixer people and so on comes in.

I tried to search in google, but the best I could find was the Chain of Command on the Star Fleet Enterprice :rofl:

I hope one of you kind people would be able to give me a hand, can't quite work out the right key things to type in would be.

(Actually, it does have the information, but not in a handy format, and it's for the British Merchant Navy, not those 'orrible Yanks)
