Here's an idea - how about a Ceroc (or even an MJ) Wiki?

- I am not a techie expert but I understand that there is decent free software to set one up and it is not that difficult to do.

- Once there was a basic framework think of the possibilities.

- There is a huge amount of knowledge amongst forum members which could be harnessed gradually over time.

- Off the top of my head just a few of the things you might do are a definitive history of modern jive, profiles of key figures in MJ, snapshots of famous MJ events and venues, who won what in which year, a glossary of MJ terminology, and loads more.

- The forum community and the moderators would form a ready made editorial squad so it should be possible to get the facts accurate without too much difficulty.

- Some, but not all, of this stuff is on the web already but it is not gathered together in one place and in some cases the information is incomplete, out of date etc.

Thoughts?

Talk about tortured sentence construction!

What there is on the cerocwiki is good, but has a bit of an Australian bias - some more UK input would be good.
