.....ok. I wonder if there is anyone who has had this feeling, which I experienced twice last month.

On arriving towards the end of the lesson, sat down, and watching the class - and all is fine.

Then it moves from the lesson into freestyle........and:

- the lights are still on
- the music is not so loud
- I can hear talking across the dance floor, but no actual words
- I see people moving in different directions with different rhythms.......

..........and I feel "this is so weird"........"what are they doing?".

It doesn't quite seem like dancing.........it just looks strange.

That lasts maybe a minute or so till the lights go down, music goes up a notch and I get on the dance floor........then it's all ok- and back to normal.

(I only ever drink orange squash).

hmmm.... and this is before you start dancing? I sometimes get this sort of feeling in the middle of dancing:
- the disco lights are on, floor is dimmed
- the music is loud
- I can see people moving on the dance floor, but no actual moves
- I see people moving in different directions with different rhythms.......
