Well, I have decided to take the plunge and buy a *gasp* proper pair of dancing shoes. I was wondering whether any of the guys out there had any recommendations? I've had a look at the Ceroc trainery things, and to be honest, I don't really like the look of them. Can anyone recommend something a bit formal, but also flexible enough for dancing?

Pretty Shoes, Pretty Shoes

Try Heavenly Dance Shoes - They can hand make them to suit whatever heel, material and style shoe you want.

Try here for website (http://www.heavenlydanceshoes.co.uk/)

Good Luck

Also talk to Lucy Locket as she sells shoes :flower:

If you want to really stand out on the floor - something stylish and eyecatching.... these (http://www.mrboots.com/general_store/evenin-star-dance-boots.html)could be just what you need!

:waycool: But I'd also feel the need to make everyone else line up with me and dance in synch!

Just DON'T buy Spats!!!!!

It's not big and it's definitely not clever

I found a nice pair of dress shoes from Brantano (of all places), cost £12
Had them soled for dancing, cost strangely enough £12.

Et Viola pair of dress dance shoes £24 smackers and no one else has a pair like them, bit like my trousers really.

Or if you want something a little trainery but not a clompy Bloch (Euurrggghhhh) shoe find the Bloch Stealth - V Nice V Comfortable Quite trim and tidy on ya foot! They come in Silver (yes silver! (look I don't know why they just do (look just let it lie will ya!))), or black or red.
