Of late I haven't been getting any notification emails about new posts to my subscribed threads. I've checked and they're all set to instant notification, my email address is correct, so why am I not getting any emails? I currently have to go to my user CP instead to check for new posts on my subscribed threads.

I am not sure why the subscription is not working for you, all I can surmise is that your email server is bouncing emails from the forum.
If you have another email address, could you PM me with it, and I'll update your account to check if that's the problem.

It seems the feature works for most people though, so baffled as to why it's not working. Sorry I'm not much help so far but happy to investigate further.

I've noticed that notification messages about PMs used to come from "nobody@connect.cerocscotland.com" and now come from "webmaster@cerocscotland.com".

I wonder if the change means the new address is getting picked up by spam filters (especially if you'd added the old address to your "safe senders" list)?

Ah yes, it's sorted now, thanks. Both of you hit the nail on the head. I'm a BT internet customer, and their automatic spam filter was siphoning off anything that it identified as possible bulk email without giving me any notice of it (I use Outlook to download my mail). I've now sorted it.

Thanks, both.
