<li> comb into L close grip (L arm wrapped around lady), R hand on hip,
<li> Half lunge/twist to left (bend knees) {Lady raises L knee},
<li> R hand slide down leg to knee while centering (Keep knees bent) and ensuring lady held tight by L arm,
<li> Straighten and lift lady, turn,
<li> Lower into lunge stepping back on R (R leg bent, L leg straight) while letting go of knee,
<li> stand
can't remember it, but I'm sure there was a variation with a dip on the end...
