Anyone taught or been taught this move in Ceroc?

It's kinda like a Jango first move. As I was taught it, the lead for the exit has a large down-and-up component. My confusion is that, to me, it has an identical lead to a (non-signalled) first move jump. Indeed, in an experimental mood I tried it out on a Lindy dancer tonight, and I got a first move jump.

I'm thinking I'll probably quiz my teacher about it, but does anyone have any thoughts before I do that?

I don't understand why you would need the 'down and up' component? Can you explain the move further?

Is nobody going to tell me off for (inadvertantly) leading a mini-aerial on a busy social dance floor? I'm feeling left out.

Well, neither do I - that's my problem. I'll ask next class and update the thread appropriately.
