Is there any problems with photo gallery!

I am experiencing problems with gallery can anyone help!

Every time I try to view any pictures I can see the thumbnail but when I go to open the pic it says it cannot be found on the data base?

Also getting an error message when trying to upload pic it goes through whole process of uploading then in final stage says error?

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing problems?
