I could only see 13 but I'm fairly proud of that. Seems to be a bit of a Rock/Madchester bias in the list. Who compiled it?

And how on earth can a Beatles tribute band album end up higher than any Beatles album?

compiled by "Channel 4 viewers" apparently.. so why wasn't I asked? Where's Tales from Topographic oceans? Where's King Crimson?

What "Beatles Tribute band" do you speak of? The Highest Beatles entry is number 7 (in three times.. impressive) but only leaves RADIOHEAD, U2 ,NIRVANA , MICHAEL JACKSON , PINK FLOYD and OASIS above them.. I'm sure Michael Jackson and Pink Floyd are not Beatles Tribute bands.. and I'm not sure of the others (not really my thing)

Was pleasantly surprised to see JOHN COLTRANE - A Love Supreme in there.. albeit down in the 80's at least it got in. That's a superb album.

I have 17. There's another 10 more that I might like to own. Maybe another 10 that I don't really know anything of/about. And the other 63, I have no desire to own, and would probably never play

I think I've got about 25 of them – so a whole quarter! :D

If you could count compilations which have some of the best of these albums, then I could easily add another 10 to that. :)

Based on what? Eg the likes of Pet Sounds is usually a good bit higher up than 33 in these sorts of lists.
